Owner and president Scott Kelley started in 1988 with just himself and a charter plane(shown to the right). Fuel was $1.40 a gallon and hanger fees where $140.00 a month.

Second hanger opened

In 1994 a second plane hanger was opened to more efficiently accomidate Western Michigan customers at Grand Rapids airport. (GRR)

Air Charters reach 5 Million

Air charters were expanded to include much of North America pushing gross sales over $5 million for the first time.

Blast Fax BidBoard

Kelley's design team perfected an innovative Blast Fax system where hundreds of air carriers could receive request to bid on an air charter load seamingly instantaneously.

Air Charter Bid Board

An innovative approach to creating a single location website the Air Charter BidBoard come into wide use. Charter operators receive an email with freight infomation in as little as 1 minute. They can login to the website and place a bid. This innovative new design shortened the length of time from customer request to plane on the ground to pickup a load significantly.

Kelley Team Expands

The Kelley offices were moved to it's current location in Kentwood to allow more space to expand the dispatch and customer service teams.

Ground BidBoard comes online

The Ground BidBoard expanded on the Air Bidboard concept to ground freight expedite. Today our bidboard has access to 21,000 planes and trucks all across North America with just a few keystrokes.
