A local truck is dispached to your dock to pickup your freight and carry it to a local airport
The freight is loaded onto the plane at the airport
The freight is taken by air to a local airport near your customer
A local truck or your customer then unloads the plane for final delivery

We use GPS tracking to determine the current position and ETA to delivery of your freight. Satellite tracking is the most efficient way to track your freight as it is in transit. Milestones such as truck onsite to pickup or freight delivered are emailed or phoned into you at your convienance.
No, there are no special requirements. If your shipment can fit on a truck for your dedicated or LTL normally it can be shipped expedited freight.
Yes you can ship to and from Canada or Mexico via ground or air freight. The customs process is still required. Assisstance is available upon request. Please consult your Kelley Air dispatch team member for further details.
