Kelley's design team perfected an innovative Blast Fax system where hundreds of air carriers could receive request to bid on an air charter load seamingly instantaneously.

An innovative approach to creating a single location website the Air Charter BidBoard come into wide use. Charter operators receive an email with freight infomation in as little as 1 minute. They can login to the website and place a bid. This innovative new design shortened the length of time from customer request to plane on the ground to pickup a load significantly.
